Industrial Relations Specialist

PRI is hiring a Industrial Relations Specialist.


  • Recruit manpower in accordance with the job requirements upon approval of the Resident Site Manager;
  • Ensure that the working conditions and welfare facilities match with the terms of the Site Agreement, statutory requirements and Company policies;
  • Ensure full awareness of all developments which may affect industrial relations on site and report to the Resident Site Manager and Head Office;
  • Ensure that all Site Agreement, personnel rules and procedures are fully understood by both staff and labour.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (Major in Industrial Relations preferred);
  • 5+ years of related work experience;
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both English and Portuguese;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Valid Drivers’ License.
